Students are required to pass a test to graduate
Teachers have to pass a test
Doctors have to pass a test
Lawyers have to pass a test
Pharmacist have to pass a test
Truck drivers and bus drivers have to pass a test
But as I have always said: Any fool can run for public office - and often does.
