For twenty
years I had GEICO car insurance. Three
years ago, GEICO increased my rates by 10%.
I called their customer service and inquired about the rate increase and
they could not give me a reason for the increase.
I switched
to Progressive for the same coverage at a lower rate. Today, totally unexpected, I received an
e-mail from Progressive Insurance that they have lowered my rates by
$41.00.
I am just passing this along for anyone uncomfortable with their insurance rates who may be shopping for a different insurance.
