I could not find the segment clip on the Rachel Maddow show that dealt with the 'Kill the Gays" conference that was attended by Ted Cruz, Mike Huckabee and Bobby Jindil, so I have had to post the entire show from 11/9/15. The gay rant starts from Pastor Kevin Swanson at about the six minute mark.
This represents a considerable percentage of the base of the Republican Party. Not all Republicans are fundamentalist, homophobic, racist, extremist that are bat shit crazy; but if you are a fundamentalist, homophobic, racist, bat shit crazy extremist, there is a prominent place for you in the Republican party.
Unbelievable in the 21st Century.
