Halloween in Regina was +2C and no wind. The day before was CPLD and windy. We only had 7 kids though candy enough for 25. Local youth centre had a Halloween party to keep the kids off the street and not damaging stuff

Same here in south central Texas. Tonight it will go down into the high 30s same for tomorrow. Temps will go back up into the 80s by Saturday.
