What is happening now is challenging a old social norm on the behavior of men toward women in the work place. Because of this moment women of the future will work in a safer and less threatening environment.
But the torches are out, and every man is guilty and every man is vulnerable for some behavior in his past.

ReplyDeleteFor many years the pendulum only swung one way. How many women lost jobs and career opportunities unjustly by not "playing along"? Now the pendulum is swinging just as far the other way. This is what always happens when a revolutionary change occurs. Eventually things will even out. Men benefited from the old system for eons. Now the Day of Reckoning is here. Ride it out, boys.
