We need people in the military that don't want to be there in order to keep the military sane. Also we need families that don't want their children in the military to keep the public aware of what's happening with the military.
What scares the hell out of me is when I hear reports about high ranking officers pushing their particular brand of religion on the troops. It's like a fucking crusade to make the military think it's on a fucking crusade!! (One example is what happened at the Air Force Academy where you had to be in a particular cult in order to be treated right!!)

I don't think that will work either, we have always been at war, our economy depends on it.
