I LOVE EGGS

I could eat eggs every day - I love them.

One day that really sucked  was the day I was told that eggs should be eaten in moderation because they increased cholesterol in the blood leading to artery blockage.

I have been known to wolf down six eggs with bacon and toast for breakfast.

I like boiled eggs, put pealing them is a pain in the ass

I haven't tried this yet, but I will next time I boil eggs.

  1. Now, that is cool. Peeling eggs is a pain and we here on Sam Page Rd eat a lot of them. My wife will only eat hard boiled eggs. I more than make up for her lack of egg enjoyment. Like you I love eggs in almost any form. Though recently I have cut back on them for breakfast. Now I only toss 3 or 4 in the pan at a time.

  2. yep! That's the way to peal them. but i don't blow them out of the shell like that. Anywho, my mom told me about the baking soda trick. i thought everyone knew about that but I was wrong. If you want to cut the cholesterol, drop the processed carbs, meaning the toast.

  3. I'm glad that eggs have been rehabilitated and are not the cholestoral boogey man that they once were.

  5. That was a great trick.

I've never had trouble peeling a hard boiled egg. The method I use is to cook them in water that's already boiling and after 15 minutes cool them fast in cold running water.
