More on Google Chrome SNAFU

I can't seem to download images or videos into my blog on google chrome.   it works fine on internet explorer, but slower.

I uninstalled chrome and reinstalled it - still the same problem...

Is this my bad or is anyone else having the same problem?

    Last spring I had a problem loading pictures when I was at The Kid's place in Tejas. The pictures would be distorted. Turned out the problem was The Kid's ISP. When I got back home, had no problem loading the same pictures. Hope that's not your problem.

    I just switched to Chrome as Firefox was getting worse than useless. Hope I don't have a problem with it. What is left?
