v Federal Election Comission corporations are viewed as persons – with all the
same rights to donate to campaigns as any individual.
Romney
said that corporations are people.
I am just wondering:
If it can be determined that
a corporation was conceived and born in the United States
This would surely cut out all the red tap. Why nominate a proxy of big business for President?
Just go for the real thing.

That is how it works in Ukraine. The big business owners and oligarchs are elected Deputies. Benefits: they cannot be charged with any crime while serving as deputy (may have changed that rule but still in effect in Russia) and it cuts out the middle man. They can directly draft laws that suit them.
