I am guilty
of using cliches. It seems they are an
engrained part of our common speech. ‘I
don’t have a dog in this fight’ is one I have used often and in hindsight that
is regrettable. Any animals barbarically
killed for human entertainment is an atrocity.
That replacement, from now on, will be: It ain’t my circus, it ain’t
my monkey. I
really like that. Along with: What
do you expect? I’m fucking old.
