I reposted the links...today, I think there is a bit of air...breathing space. The Russian Stock Market nose dived. The real factor is the wallet. Russia has to keep those gas lines open to Europe and they run through the Ukraine. What we saw in the last few days was the Putin's version of shock and awe...the idea of a macho military response is ridiculous. I can't say how this is going to end. Remember, Crimea was where Kruschev was born and he annexed it to the Ukraine only in 1954. The history is so complicated. What is a revolution? Vladimir can't even answer that one. I saw Pharrell Williams on French TV last night and during the interview, they played the Happy Kyiv video for him. Thanks, Ol'Buzzard. Putin made a speech today. I read as much as I could stomach. He and W both make me want to puke. Ruassian stock market picked up so somewhere in all the lies may have been a slight easing of tensions. Who knows.
